COACHELLA 2012 is Expanding!!

Coachella 2012 is officially expanding to 2 consecutive weekends!

In efforts to try and accommodate everyone who wants to attend this amazing festival, Coachella 2012 will take place on two separate weekends!

COACHELLA #1- April 13-15th 2012

COACHELLA #2- April 20-22nd 2012

They will have the same line-up, same art, same place, just different people. 

Passes go on sale beginning this Friday June 3rd, 2011, at 10am PST thru the following Friday June 10th, 2011, at 10pm PST. Passes will be the same price they've been over the past 6 years, $269 + fees.

X-Games Going Global

X-Games is making an EXTREME move. Early yesterday ESPN announced a crazy big expansion for the X-Games franchise.

The X-Games will have 6 events globally starting in 2013! This new international event/ festival will be called Global X.

It's about time action sports took over the world...I'm just sayin'.

PS. Word on the street is surfing will be joining the X-Games/Global X family. HELL YA!

GrowingGreat's Healthy Living Festival

Come enjoy GrowingGreat's  FREE community event Sunday May 15th at the Metlox Plaza in down town Manhattan Beach from 12pm-4pm.

BIG DOGG ON CAMPUS!

Mira Costa’s campus has been a famous high school model for Hollywood TV shows such as The OC, Hanna Montana and most recently posing as Snoops Dogg & Wiz Khalifa's “High School” for their new stoner comedy.

Khalifa explained to Entertainment Weekly that this movie “is about pot, of course.” “A Spin-off of us being cool in the industry, smoking a lot of weed, and being around a lot of weed…”

On Sunday students and staff raced to campus to snap some shots with the infamous stoners Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa. Students then posted their photos to facebook bragging that their school was the filming site.

Unfortunately, after all the buzz the school district received numerous complaints from parents and staff, so according to The Beach Reporter, “the district decided not to accept facility use fees for the project”

Jay Cutler Sacked Again!

Jay Cutler is sacked again, but this time by MTV starlet Kristin Cavallari.

After dating only 8 months, Cutler reportedly proposed to the reality star with a 5.2 caret ring over the weekend on a quick trip to Cabo San Lucas.

Let’s hope this engagement won’t be too distracting for this NFL star, but instead take his mind off the current labor uncertainty surrounding the up coming season.
