In memory of the beloved Whitney Houston, we played your albums all through the night and still haven't turned them off. Your voice was a blessing, a true gift from god that lifted our spirits when we needed it most. You made us want to "dance with somebody". Thank you for sharing such a spiritual voice with the world, we will miss you.

Grammy Weekend

Thursday night my sister Megan and I were guests at Will.i.am's I.am.Angel Grammy fundraiser at the Hollywood Palladium. The dance floor was turned into a high end VIP lounge filled with white couches, Wolf Gang Puck appetizers and champaign. 

Favorite part of the evening- STEVIE WONDER's performance!!! 

Dancing front row covered in chills- an experience I will remember forever.

The other performances: Taboo of the Black Eyed Peas, Coco Lee, K'naan, Ne-Yo and Alicia Keys.

Friday night: legendary African Jazz musician Hugh Masekela at UCLA.

Saturday: Another music legend was lost, when Whitney Houston was found dead in her Beverly Hilton hotel room.
