1. Back Squat
   3x8
   Strengthens:
   Quads, glutes, hamstrings, core


2. TRX Mountain Climbers
   3x10
   Strengthens: 
   Shoulders, abs, quads, glutes & back


3. Hurdle Jumps
   3x10 jumps
   Strengthens:
   Quads, glutes, hamstrings, calves, core
  


4. Turkish Get Up Sit-Up
   3x10 each arm
   Strengthens:
   Abdominals, lower back, upper back, lats, shoulders
